The General Tax Office provides the following services:

• Registration of legal entities registered in the state registry as taxpayers
• Sending a notice of registration as a taxpayer to the e-mail address and phone number of the taxpayer
• Support taxpayers to log into the electronic system and verify their registration information
• Delivery of taxpayer's certificate and notification of registration by e-mail
• If the taxpayer wants, provide references and explanations;
• Explaining tax laws and regulations and giving advice
• Provide advice and information on how to report taxes and pay taxes.

The General Department of Social Insurance provides the following services:

• Registration of newly registered employer
• Receive, verify, and calculate social insurance premium payment reports in accordance with social insurance legislation
• Confirmation of social insurance book and health insurance certificate based on social insurance contribution payment report information, issuance of social insurance book and health insurance certificate
• Determine and review all types of benefits in accordance with relevant social insurance laws
• Advocating, providing advice, information, and handouts on social security laws and regulations
