Dear Esteemed Investor,
The Government of Mongolia is actively pursuing a policy to advance the development of mining and metallurgical industries through the implementation of an Integrated Steel Complex Project in the Darkhan-Selenge region.
This project is aligned with Mongolia’s long, medium and short-term development policy frameworks, as well as the Government’s Action Program for 2024–2028. As a priority within the industrial sector, the project holds strategic importance in diversifying the national economy and promoting value-added production based on mineral resources.
Accordingly, we formally invite interested investors to express their interest in investing in and collaborating on this strategically significant project.
We aim to establish a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership and look forward to building strong and sustainable cooperation.
Interested parties are requested to prepare their official proposals in accordance with the selection documentation and submit them both electronically to industry@mmhi.gov.mn and in hard copy no later than 18:00 on May 11, 2026.
