Public Discussion on the Draft Primary Law on Economic Freedom

The Government of Mongolia has decided to develop and submit to Parliament a package of draft laws to support wealth creators. Within this framework, the Ministry of Economy and Development has prepared the draft Primary Law on Economic Freedom, along with more than 100 accompanying draft laws, and is now seeking public feedback.

The purpose of this law is to ensure the free operation of businesses, traders, and investors; guarantee the inviolability of property; protect the right to access information and file complaints; and strengthen the stability of government policy and the legal environment.

In this regard, a public discussion will be organized jointly with the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, bringing together entrepreneurs and the private sector.

We invite all business owners and investors to participate actively and share your views.
