The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Aimags and Soums Green Regional Development Investment Program – Tranche 1. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract for PIO2: Project implementation technical assistance for output 2 (including rangeland management, irrigation scheme, animal breeding and veterinary services, traceability and certification support, and policy).
The consulting services were procured in accordance with ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended) and ADB Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended) using the Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method (90:10). The Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) was published on the ADB’s Consultant Management System on 01 April, 2025.
The combined evaluation results of all proposals are presented in Table 1, information on the first-ranked consultant and the awarded/signed contract is provided in Table 2.
